- I am so thankful for your trust, please allow me to share a bit about my care before you schedule a session
- Time on the table is a collaboration between you, your tissue, the "ears" on my hands and the rest of me. We work together.
- I don't talk much out loud, as I am already having a conversation with your tissue. You can talk as much or as little as you'd like though.
- My touch is intentional and deep; it's consensual and caring; it's nurturing and honest.
- Our sessions recognize that tissue holds joy, grief, trauma, happiness, pain, stories, love, sadness, and so much more nuance.
- My work isn't always symmetrical, I very much follow lines of tension in the tissue, listen to your breath and muscles.
- I wish sexwork was decriminalized, more readily and easily available for those needs.
- Antares Wellness is of a non-sexual nature. Please honour my boundaries so I may continue to offer you care. When this boundary is tested, i feel disrespected and feel unsafe.

Massage
Therapeutic, injury treatment, sports massage, light touch, touch reintroduction and relaxation. While a deeper tissue may be appropriate, pain isn't. Our session is a dance between movement, listening, intuition, skill and trust.
We can also have very focused sessions - for example

Massage & Community Care Support
A regular massage session and a contribution. These funds support discounted and no charge sessions community bodywork and care.
Salt Soak & Massage
Enjoy a 30 minute soak in a salt water hot tub before your massage. Allow yourself- body, mind and center to relax a little before your session
Body Scan
Remote Care Option:
Find a comfortable space and put your device on speaker. Lashanna will lead you through an intentional scan of your body and together to discover the areas holding tension and work to release them.
