Individual Guided Meditation

A 1:1 guided meditation session, working within your boundaries and towards your goals. 

Small Group Meditation

An hour long meditation session that will offer you tools to ground and center yourself.

Community Mediation

Available to community group, non-profit, neighborhood centers on a donation basis.  

Meditative Sound Bath

A 60 minute session in which you allow sound vibrations produced by singing bowls, voice and other sound tools to wash over you.

Meditative Coloring

The repetitive motions of coloring soothes the nervous system.  Individual or group sessions. 

Private Events

Sound Bath or Meditation sessions available for private events.
